Job summary

RE:LAB is a design and innovation company shaping human–tech interactions. We are seeking a UX Designer to craft user experiences for innovative mobility solutions and human–machine interfaces.

You will translate user needs, design flows, and technical requirements into coherent interaction paths, specifications, and clear UX documentation. You will collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Interaction Design or related field.
• Professional experience in UX, interaction design, HMI, or similar role.
• Interest in HMI and mobility, automotive, or complex tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of Figma; familiarity with Sketch/Adobe XD or similar tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of UX principles: user flows, wireframes, prototyping, usability.
• Strong English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define user flows, journeys, and interaction scenarios for HMI systems and digital interfaces.
• Translate user needs and system requirements into interaction models, functional specifications, and UX documentation.
• Create wireframes and prototypes addressing usability challenges and complex interaction scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate design solutions and support their implementation.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and UX benchmarking.
• Contribute to improving UX methods, processes, and documentation standards.
