Chart Industries Inc. is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to join its HLNG Automotive division in Monza, Italy. You will confirm customer order dates, manage material requirements, and release production orders to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in supply chain management or related field, experience as a production planner, strong MS Office and MRP skills, and fluent English. Italian language is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a production planner.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MRP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Confirm customer order dates.
• Manage material requirements planning.
• Create production orders and RFAs.
• Create purchase requisitions aligned with production.
• Create orders with customer dates.
• Communicate progress to customer service.
• Define production and procurement needs and forecasts.
• Release production orders to production departments.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Production Manager.
• Prepare status and performance reports.
