ams OSRAM is seeking a seasoned engineer in Lombardy, Italy, to act as a company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies and lead critical analog developments across high-performance circuits for transmitter and receiver front-ends.

The role requires a MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of analog IC design experience, with strong knowledge of FinFET/FD-SOI processes.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Experience with broadband optical IC design.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
