Job summary

Henry Schein cerca una risorsa per supporto utenti, gestione ticket e risoluzione di problematiche sui software gestionali. Verrà fornita formazione e possibilità di attività di installazione/configurazione iniziale dei software offerti dall’azienda.

La posizione prevede tirocinio formativo/stage, orario a tempo pieno e retribuzione. Henry Schein è un gruppo globale con oltre 90 anni di storia, presente in 33 paesi, impegnato a fornire soluzioni sanitarie a studi dentistici e medici.

Qualifications

• Richiede curiosità, voglia di imparare e predisposizione al lavoro con i clienti.
• Ottime capacità comunicative per spiegare concetti tecnici agli utenti.
• Conoscenza di base del computer e dei software più comuni (Windows, Office, navigazione web).
• Conoscenza base di rete, condivisione cartelle e firewall e inglese è un plus.

Responsibilities

• Accogliere le richieste degli utenti e registrarle nel sistema di ticketing.
• Risoluzione di problematiche sui software gestionali con articoli/procedure o escalation.

La risorsa si occuperà di: Accogliere le richieste degli utenti e registrarle nel sistema di ticketing Risoluzione di problematiche sui nostri software gestionali con l’aiuto di articoli e procedura standard o escalation ai dipartimenti di competenza in base alle procedure Possibilità di gestire le attività informatiche relativamente alla prima installazione e configurazione dei nostri software e servizi

Requisiti richiesti:

Persone curiose, pratiche e con voglia di imparare. Ottime capacità comunicative: saper spiegare chiaramente concetti tecnici agli utenti. Attitudine positiva, pazienza e predisposizione a lavorare con il cliente. Capacità di lavorare in team e seguire istruzioni in modo preciso. Conoscenza di base del computer e dei software più comuni (Windows, Office, navigazione web). Saranno considerati Plus: Conoscenza sistema operativo MacOS; Conoscenza base di rete, condivisione cartelle e firewall Conoscenza lingua inglese Conoscenza database
