Job summary

Promedital is seeking a Help Desk Consultant (Level I & II) to join our hybrid team in Reggio Emilia. You will provide technical support for our healthcare software solutions, guiding clients on usage, troubleshooting issues, and configuring settings.

Remote assistance will be available via phone, email, and ticketing system. Required are a technical IT diploma or degree, basic SQL knowledge with the ability to read/write simple queries, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in IT (or equivalent experience).
• Strong reading and writing SQL skills demonstrated in practice.
• Clear written and verbal communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email.
• Diagnose technical and functional issues (Level I & II).
• Provide remote assistance to end users.
• Analyze application logs to identify anomalies.
• Run SQL queries to check data consistency.
• Identify potential systemic issues (network/server/db).
• Support software configuration and correct usage.
• Collaborate with Dev for complex reports and escalations.
