Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in distribution/transport/logistics roles.
• Experience in managing and developing operational teams.
• Knowledge of transport, distribution and carrier management processes.
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and major logistics management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct functioning of distribution and transport activities for assigned clients.
• Coordinate transport planning, execution and administration processes.
• Monitor operational performance via KPIs and service levels.
• Manage and develop relationships with carriers and transport providers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards, with focus on the pharmaceutical sector.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Care and Quality to deliver an efficient, integrated service.
• Lead and develop the assigned team, initially 2 people.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in distribution processes.
