Intuitive is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to advance the adoption of our cloud-based digital offerings in the assigned region. You will onboard and train customers on Intuitive Hub and My Intuitive+ services while supporting clinical teams and sales efforts.

The role requires leading trainings, performing workflow analyses, and driving customer satisfaction with a focus on healthcare professionals across varied clinical settings. Extensive travel is involved.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of procedural/OR healthcare software experience.
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
• Experience with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage.
• Strong training and teaching capabilities.

Mansioni

• Onboard, train and support customers on Intuitive's digital solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, product demos and trainings (remote, onsite, and at events).
• Analyze workflows and optimize digital solution adoption.
• Collect customer feedback for product improvements and share with teams.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, IT managers and stakeholders.
