Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Application Intern to configure and implement software solutions for Radiology and Cardiology, while delivering customer training. You will join our European team supporting customers across the IMI region, with 50–70% travel across Italy and close collaboration with healthcare professionals.

You will support digital solution deployment from workflow analysis to training, documentation, go-live, and ongoing support with the Digital Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Medical Documentation, Medical Informatics, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Cardiology, Radiology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT products and healthcare technology.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the country, with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing customers’ clinical workflows.
• Configuring digital solutions based on customer requirements.
• Preparing and delivering customer training.
• Creating and maintaining implementation documentation.
• Supporting customers during solution go-live.
• Providing ongoing customer support in collaboration with the Digital Services team.
