Job summary

Stellantis in Italy is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to support the H&S Department in managing health and safety activities for employees. You will work with the Employer, H&S Manager/RSPP, Safety Managers and Supervisors to foster a safety culture and ensure safety is a priority.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident analysis, PPE inspections, emergency plan updates, internal safety audits, and training coordination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and related amendments.
• Experience in risk assessment and safety documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in prevention or engineering with 3–5 years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Risk assessment activities and preparation of risk evaluation documents.
• Analysis and management of Near Misses and UA/UC events.
• Inspection and analysis of PPE and safety equipment.
• Participation in emergency plan development and updates.
• Periodic execution of internal safety audits.
• Implementation of SIS methodology for safety-related activities.
• Management and coordination of health and safety training delivery.
• Support in health surveillance and supplier management.
• Updating reference documentation per regulations and best practices.
