Socomec, for its Isola Vicentina (VI) site, is looking for an Health, Safety & Environment Specialist – ASPP to join the HSE department and strengthen the team.
Working alongside the RSPP and HSE Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of company policies on health, safety, and the environment, supporting regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and HSE performance improvement processes in an environment focused on innovation and sustainability.
The Health, Safety & Environment Specialist will be responsible for the following activities:

The starting gross annual salary for this role is from € 33.000 with the possibility of defining the overall compensation package based on skills, professional experience, and the degree of alignment with the position requirements. The contractual classification will be defined in line with the role and the relevant provisions of the National Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica). The entire selection process, including evaluations related to the definition of the compensation package and contractual classification, will be conducted based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, ensuring transparency, fairness, and equal opportunities.
