A consultancy firm is seeking a Health Governance and Policy Reform Advisor for medium- to long-term assignments across Europe. The role involves proposing governance frameworks, delivering recommendations on institutional coordination, and supporting inter-sectoral dialogue within public administration. Candidates must have a degree in public health or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in governance reform, especially in health or social policy sectors. This position provides an opportunity to impact healthcare reforms within EU Member States.

About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of Health Governance and Policy Reform Advisors for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Propose a governance framework for health workforce planning in line with EU and international benchmarks.
2. Deliver recommendations on institutional coordination, data governance, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Support inter-sectoral dialogue and alignment with public administration and education ministries.
