Job summary

IQVIA in Milan invites an intern to join its Health Economics team. You will assist in developing and delivering HE studies that quantify economic and clinical outcomes for healthcare technologies.

Under supervision you will perform literature reviews, develop HE analyses (budget impact, cost/effectiveness, cost of illness), and communicate results to clients. Internship is six months, starting December/January.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Economics, Health Economics, Econometrics, Statistics/Biostatistics or any other related field with a quantitative background.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (both oral and written).
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint.
• Fundamentals of health economics are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Literature review to source inputs for projects.
• Adaptation and development of health economics analyses (e.g. budget impact analyses, cost/effectiveness analyses).
• Development and communication of HE analyses to clients.
• Perform statistical analysis on IQVIA proprietary and third-party data and communicate results through scientific publications and posters.
