LIVIA Health and Senior Living in Milan is seeking a Head of M&A to lead the acquisition engine from first contact to full integration. You will work directly with the founders and turn a handful of deals into a repeatable machine.

The role requires deal experience in the Italian mid-market, fluency in Italian and English, autonomy, and the ability to design and execute due diligence, structuring, and integration playbooks while building a scalable M&A team.

Formación

• Deal experience in small and mid-caps.
• Experience with Italian service businesses is a big plus.
• Fluent Italian and English, spoken and written.
• Autonomy and precision in handling complex transactions.
• Ability to build templates, processes, and scalable playbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Origination: map the market and build a steady deal pipeline.
• Winning the seller: earn trust, assess needs, and design a deal.
• Structuring and negotiation: model deals, terms, and earn-outs.
• Due diligence and execution: manage LOI, due diligence, SPA, and closing.
• Post-merger integration: transfer mandates and migrate data onto the platform.
