Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Milan-based Procurement Manager to establish and lead the Italian procurement function for the group, covering Construction, Property Management and Facility Management. This senior role involves defining procurement strategies, supplier selection, tendering, and cost control.

You will lead commercial negotiations and develop a network of suppliers while guiding a Buyer in daily activities, reporting to the regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in procurement/purchasing within construction, real estate or the built environment.
• Experience leading tenders and negotiations for construction works, materials and services.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the procurement strategy for the Group's Italian operations.
• Establish procurement processes across Construction, Property Management and Facility Management.
• Lead tenders and commercial negotiations for construction works, materials and services.
• Define tender strategies, evaluation criteria and award recommendations.
• Coordinate and support the Buyer in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Monitor pricing, supplier performance and contractual risks.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost-control initiatives.
