ghd is seeking an experienced Head of Ecommerce to lead and accelerate the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer business, owning ecommerce turnover and profitability for ghdhair.com. The role leads a small team of two ecommerce specialists and collaborates with Digital Marketing, CRM, and Analytics to drive strong commercial performance.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in Ecommerce, a data-driven mindset, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Competenze

• 6–8+ years in Ecommerce or Digital Business roles.
• Proven experience in DTC ecommerce strategy and execution.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Own Ecommerce turnover, margins, and profitability targets.
• Define and execute strategic commercial and operational plans.
• Develop and manage digital activation and promotional calendar.
• Demand planning, forecasting, and stock alignment with Operations.
