Job summary

Kinekta Ltd. in the US market is seeking a seasoned Development Lead for large-scale data center campuses, primarily remote with travel.

You will own the full development lifecycle from site identification and feasibility through entitlements, permitting, utility coordination and NTP, coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The role demands 15+ years in development, deep experience with hyperscale campuses, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of development experience, with a minimum of 5 years of large-scale data center development.
• Significant experience developing hyperscale or large-scale data center campuses through pre-construction and into construction.
• Demonstrable experience with onsite gas-fired generation, including working with IPPs, utilities and power-sector partners to secure generation capacity is a plus.
• Proven track record managing complex, capital-intensive development programs, ideally including projects at the GW scale.
• Strong commercial and leadership background with experience managing multidisciplinary teams across land, power, permitting, engineering, construction and external stakeholder relationships.
