Job summary

ROBINSON Club GmbH is seeking a Head Chef (m/f/d) to lead the kitchen at one of our clubs in Italy, Puglia. You will oversee meal quality across menus and events, ensure sanitation and equipment maintenance, and work closely with the F&B manager to develop new buffet concepts.

As a role model and host, you will manage an international kitchen team, inspire others, and take ownership of high standards while supporting colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Multi-year experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in upscale restaurant environments is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate a kitchen team and maintain high standards.
• Independent and responsible work approach.
• Above-average commitment and resilience in demanding settings.
• Strong technical competence and enjoy interaction with international guests.
• Willingness to live and work in a ROBINSON club for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of meals across menus, buffets, bistro line and events.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitary compliance; maintain equipment and stewarding.
• Lead and model behavior for the entire kitchen team and coordinate international staff.
• Collaborate with F&B manager on new buffet concepts and trends.
