Privatal is seeking a hands-on Controller to join a developing finance environment in Piedmont. The role sits between a listed shareholder’s governance expectations and a broad, underdeveloped group structure, requiring pragmatism and a drive to professionalise finance processes.

You will own financial controlling across the P&L and balance sheet, build management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and push for better data quality.

Competenze

• Approximately 8–10 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong financial controlling with solid understanding of financial statements.
• Exposure to industrial controlling and manufacturing economics.
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in imperfect, developing or relatively unstructured finance environments.
• Proven ability to build, improve or professionalise finance processes.
• Pragmatic, hands-on working style with ownership mindset.

• Take ownership of financial controlling across P&L and balance sheet.
• Work across financial and industrial controlling, prioritising financial controlling.
• Produce and improve management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
