Privatal is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead financial controlling in an evolving, multinational-style group. The role bridges governance requirements from a listed shareholder with a more professionalised finance function.

You will own P&L and balance sheet analysis, improve reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and work directly with operating companies in a fast-evolving environment.

Competenze

• Strong financial controlling expertise and a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Experience operating in imperfect, developing or unstructured finance environments.
• Exposure to industrial or manufacturing finance is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build or professionalise finance processes.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of financial controlling, including P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Produce and improve management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Work hands-on with Excel and imperfect datasets as needed.
• Develop and implement more sophisticated controlling processes over time.
• Bridge governance requirements with current capabilities of the business.
