Versuni is seeking a testing and validation specialist to support the Full Auto coffee machine development. You will conduct functional, performance, and reliability tests, define validation protocols, and analyze results across prototype to industrialization stages.

Collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Engineering is essential. You will contribute to building internal capability in testing and validation, while embracing a hands-on engineering environment and a willingness to learn on the job.

Competenze

• Mechanical, electrical or mechatronic background required or highly relevant experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and basic specifications.
• Understanding of testing principles and structured problem solving.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to work with physical prototypes and lab equipment.
• Reliability and attention to detail in executing test activities.

• Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests on coffee machine systems.
• Define and maintain test cases and validation protocols.
• Analyze test results and identify defects and improvement opportunities.
