Versuni is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lead to develop new products and systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and specifications. You will drive pilot samples, release drawings to suppliers, and ensure quality-driven execution.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years in mechanical product development, including experience in SAP and NX. A hybrid work model and strong leadership are expected.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years in mechanical product development; consumer electronics a plus.
• Experience leading international multidisciplinary projects a plus.
• CAD tools knowledge, especially Unigraphics NX.
• FMEA and design for manufacturing knowledge; mold/tooling design experience helpful.
• Strong coordination, communication, and coaching skills; team leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary mechanical engineering teams on product development projects.
• Develop product architectures for coffee machines and related components.
• Release products and modules for mass production; ensure design for manufacturing.
• Steer mechanical development using structured methods; manage cross-functional aspects.
