Fairygodboss is seeking a Lead SAP Consultant in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will provide technical support for our multinational clients within SAP HR Modules, ensuring compliance with ADP Service Level Agreements.

With a minimum of 4 years of experience, the consultant will contribute to version upgrade testing and assist users through effective problem resolution. Proficiency in English and a collaborative approach to client relations are critical for success in this role.

Competenze

• 4+ years of technical support experience within SAP HR module.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and problem resolution.
• Experience with client interactions and communication.

Lead SAP Consultant

We are looking for a Lead Application Services Consultant with technical aptitude.

• Provide technical support for our Multinational clients within SAP HR Modules
• Deliver World Class Service to our multinational clients in accordance with ADP Service Level Agreements.
• Contribute to testing of version upgrades and providing relevant training to users
• Resolving client application questions or problems in the area of system set up, product functionality and product enhancements in addition to other services issues in the complex area of payroll, time management and HR.
• Understanding the clients systems and processes and their relationship to ADP's products and services to troubleshoot and solve issues.

Who we are looking for

• Professional level of English language
• +4 years of technical support experience within SAP HR module
• Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication
• Willingness to occasionally travel abroad to client sites
• +4 years of previous experience with SAP (HR modules) is a requirement
• Country legal knowledge - Belgium
