Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Italy is seeking a guest services associate to greet guests, seat parties, and guide them to tables. You will maintain clean dining areas, ensure current menus, and support the team in providing a seamless, welcoming experience.

The role requires clear communication, professional appearance, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Previous food & beverage exposure is a plus; equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector will be considered a plus.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

• Greet guests and determine party size, seat at tables.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure current menus.
• Follow safety policies and provide excellent guest service.
