Job summary

Lexroom.ai, based in Milan, is reshaping legal tech with an AI-powered platform. We are hiring a UX/web designer to own the website experience from design to CMS publishing, shape a scalable design system, and optimize conversions across desktop and mobile.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and sales, bringing a user-centric approach to pages and sections, while leveraging analytics and CRO best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in UX/web design and web development, with a portfolio that shows your track record.
• Strong skills in Figma and UX design for the web: user research and framing, information architecture, wireframes, design systems, prototypes.
• Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript highly valued.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio and a CRM (HubSpot).
• Native-level proficiency in one of Italian, Spanish, German or French, fluent English, and working knowledge of at least one additional language among Italian, Spanish, German and French.
• Creative, proactive and iterative approach, comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages for desktop and mobile.
• Define the website structure and new sections (resources pages).
• Own the design workflow in Figma end to end: scalable components, brand tokens and documentation.
• Build and publish pages and components directly in the CMS (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects.
• Implement custom solutions with HTML, CSS and JS, and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM).
• Identify UX and conversion friction points using analytics and propose tests.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales to align pages with business goals.
