Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Financial Controller for a long-term freelance engagement across multiple entities within our fast-growing international group.

You will own monthly reporting, budgeting and KPI analysis, partnering with the CEO, CFO and senior leadership to turn financial data into strategic decisions.

This role requires a VAT number and offers autonomy, ownership and the chance to contribute across diverse businesses in travel, hospitality and real estate.

Competenze

• 5+ years of finance experience, including 1-2 years in audit.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or a similar finance function.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Own and support monthly financial reporting and closing activities.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses for the CFO, CEO, and Board.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, margins, and overall business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze revenues, costs, and cash flow across multiple business units.
• Support intercompany reporting and consolidation activities.
• Improve reporting tools, financial models, and internal finance processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive financial performance.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors.
• Support ERP implementation and reporting automation initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic projects and investments.
• Support other Finance Department activities and responsibilities as required.
