Treatwell is seeking a full-stack engineer to join the Product Engineering team, reporting to an Engineering Manager in the Marketplace area, with a dotted line to Marketing SEO Manager, focused on supporting Growth and Marketing. The role is 60% frontend and 40% backend across Treatwell’s Marketplace products in 13 markets.

You will work on SEO foundations, site performance, experimentation, analytics, and product surfaces that connect customer intent with bookings, collaborating across three

• Own features end-to-end—from DB schema to UI
• Demonstrate data-driven decision making and hypothesis testing
• Collaborate with growth/marketing stakeholders to translate needs into solid engineering work

• Grow and market engineering foundations for customer acquisition, activation and retention across Treatwell’s markets
• Improve search engine discoverability without turning the role into a pure SEO function
• Instrument work, support testing frameworks, and validate ideas with data
• Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows
• Own services end-to-end from architecture to deployment with a DevOps mindset
• Clarify growth opportunities into actionable engineering work while maintaining quality
