Edenred is seeking a Growth Data Scientist for a hybrid role based in Milan, Italy. You will design and deploy advanced analytics and ML solutions to support Sales and Customer Management, turning data into actionable business outcomes.

You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into data-driven models, and monitor performance while collaborating with Data Engineering and IT to ensure data quality and governance.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Scientist roles, preferably in Sales or Customer Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit‑learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and familiarity with the Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with end-to-end predictive modelling and data-driven business outputs.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics models.
• Build predictive models (e.g., churn, cross‑sell, up‑sell, propensity) and create features/datasets.
• Translate models into operational outputs (scores, lists, targeting logic) for commercial use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Monitor model performance and business impact; support a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to management.
• Work with Data Engineering and IT to ensure data quality and governance.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s data-driven strategy.
