Bolton Group, based in Milan, is seeking a Legal Trainee to join its Group Legal team. The role supports standardizing national and international agreements, reviewing marketing materials, and contributing to legal trainings and operations from Milan.

You will report to the Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer. This internship offers an allowance and remote working options in a dynamic environment aimed at strengthening legal efficiency for Bolton's business functions.

Competenze

• Graduation degree in Law.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• High energy and a positive and proactive attitude.
• Perfectly fluent in Italian & English.

Mansioni

• Standardization of agreements both at national and international level.
• Review of marketing materials (claims and marketing campaigns).
• IP matters.
• Creation of training materials for the trainings managed by the legal department.
• Implementation of legal operations activities.
