David Lloyd Clubs in Modena, Italy, is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead a team of instructors and deliver engaging classes across a diverse timetable. The role emphasizes CIMSPA qualification, adaptability to all fitness levels, and a strong focus on customer service and member outcomes.

You will participate in ongoing CIMSPA training and have access to purpose-built studios, with opportunities for career growth within the club network.

Competenze

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Strong customer service mindset.
