davidlloyd Modena is seeking a Gym Supervisor to oversee daily gym operations and deliver a premium member experience seven days a week. You will lead the Personal Training team and support the gym floor with outstanding service.

The role includes delivering Personal Training sessions and classes when needed, while fostering an inclusive, energetic culture. A CIMSPA Level 3 qualification and strong communication are essential to inspire members and staff alike.

Competenze

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Customer service oriented.

Mansioni

• Monitor gym activities and ensure a fabulous member experience.
• Lead the Personal Training team.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions and classes when required.
• Support an inclusive culture with excellent customer service.

As Gym Supervisor, y ou will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week .

This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes .

About you :

As Gym Supervisor :

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Have a passion about customer service.
