David Lloyd is seeking a passionate BLAZE Instructor to join our premium health group in Modena. You will help manage the BLAZE timetable and events, coordinate with other departments, and support the MYZONE community and compliance checks.

The role requires Level 3 CIMSPA, at least 1 year teaching group exercise, and a customer-focused, self-driven attitude. You’ll inspire members and deliver engaging classes that meet our standards.

Competenze

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Customer service orientation.

Mansioni

As Blaze Supervisor, you will w ork closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles . Alongside managing the MYZONE community, system and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.

About you :

As a BLAZE Instructor:

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be s elf-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
