Bolton Group is seeking a Group Environmental Footprint Manager to join the Group Sustainability Team in Milan. You will quantify environmental footprints, design strategies, and prepare regulatory reports to support the company’s climate and water resilience initiatives.

You will coordinate audits and risk assessments, explore new decarbonization technologies, and liaise with corporate stakeholders to embed sustainability across the organization. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• 4–5 years of climate-related project experience in large multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of environmental science, sustainability frameworks, and life cycle assessment (LCA and PCF).
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ETS Scheme, GHG Protocol and SBTi.
• Familiarity with Carbon Credits and decarbonization roadmaps.
• Proficiency in data analysis and sustainability reporting platforms; Italian and English fluency.

Mansioni

• Quantify Bolton environmental footprints, such as carbon emissions, water balance, energy consumption, and waste generation, by collecting, managing, and analyzing environmental data.
• Design Group environmental strategies and policies with Business Units to reduce environmental impacts, including climate transition and water stewardship policies.
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and sustainability disclosures (e.g., CDP, ESRS), and advance Science Based Targets.
• Coordinate environmental audits (limited assurance per GHG Protocol) and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Explore new technologies or practices that reduce emissions and enhance climate and water resilience.
• Liaise with corporate stakeholders in climate, water, and circularity areas.
