Thales Alenia Space in Italy seeks a System Engineer/Architect – Telecommunication E2E Systems for Ground Tools and Ground Segment analyses. You will design, analyze and verify end-to-end systems across the life cycle, focusing on performance, link budgets and signal analyses to support space missions.

Requires a Master’s in Engineering or Physics and 2–4 years RF experience; excellent English; willingness to work at Customer premises in Vigna di Valle for up to 50% of days.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Physics with telecom/RF focus.
• 2–4 years of RF engineering experience is valuable.
• Knowledge of payload architecture and ground system design.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide specialized engineering in E2E systems and Ground Segment sub-systems across all life cycle phases.
• Define ground tools to improve E2E performance, including interference detection and mission planning.
• Possess capability to define software requirements and validate SW products.
