Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking an Operations Start-Up Leader to support the CAPEX project team for a greenfield site in Mantova. You will lead vertical start-up activities, coordinate permits, and oversee staffing, training, and materials planning to deliver a validated startup with sustained performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of factory pillar or leadership experience, strong English, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• University Degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in production leadership (manager or line supervisor).
• Fluency in English required; Italian knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead project startup activities to achieve vertical start-up and sustained performance.
• Coordinate permits, licenses with project manager, quality, and regulatory teams.
• Coordinate staffing and TT&T training programs for start-up phase.
• Plan and coordinate material availability and production scheduling during start-up.
• Develop and manage the master startup plan for commissioning and verification.
• Ensure handover to operations with complete manufacturing dossier.
