As a Graphic Production Specialist, you transform creative concepts into flawless printed and packaging experiences that embody the elegance and precision of Italian design.

From paper engineering to color management, you own the journey from idea to final product—ensuring every finish, fold, and hue speaks our premium language.

You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and global suppliers, bringing innovation and sustainability to the forefront. Your expertise in complex printing techniques and high-end production will elevate the brand’s visual identity worldwide.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Lead the full creative-to-production process for printed and packaging materials, from dielines to press checks.
• Negotiate with suppliers, printers, and paper vendors to secure top quality, timelines, and costs.
• Champion sustainable materials and innovative finishes to keep Molteni&C at the cutting edge.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Retail teams to translate ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with a trusted network of international vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in graphic production or print management roles, ideally within premium/luxury, fashion, or high-end design sectors (experience in Italian companies is a plus).
• Proven expertise in end-to-end production of printed materials, packaging, and complex paper engineering (cartotecnica).
• Strong knowledge of printing techniques, color management, finishes, and sustainable material sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external suppliers, printers, and vendors, including negotiation of budgets and timelines.
• Exceptional organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced and often unstructured environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian is a strong plus.
