Borgo Santo Pietro Lifestyle Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support the visual identity across its luxury brands. You will craft artworks reflecting refined aesthetics and ensure consistency across estates, brands, and touchpoints.

You will manage design projects from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with technical precision in a fast-paced, internationally focused team environment.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere.
• Experience managing multiple design projects in fast-paced environments; photography and videography are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian for international collaboration.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support the visual identity of the Borgo Santo Pietro Group. With a strong focus on graphic and illustrative execution, you will develop artworks that reflect the estate’s refined aesthetic and attention to detail. Working closely with the creative team, you will ensure visual consistency across all brands, properties, and touchpoints. You will manage design projects from concept to final delivery, balancing creativity, precision, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design visual content for websites, social media channels, digital campaigns, and email marketing.
• Develop printed materials, including brochures, stationery, packaging, signage, and promotional collateral.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints and platforms.
• Produce illustrations, icons, and custom graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Work closely with the creative team to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Prepare final files for production and coordinate with external printers or vendors as needed.
• Continuously explore design trends and techniques to elevate the brand’s visual standards.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, aesthetics, and technical accuracy across all projects.

Who you are:

• You have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Experienced in managing multiple design projects in structured, fast-paced environments; knowledge of photography and videography is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with excellent command of Italian, able to communicate effectively in an international creative context.
• Organised, flexible, and capable of balancing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high attention to detail and deadlines.
• A proactive team player with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to expand knowledge and contribute to the development of luxury lifestyle brands.
