Nexi is launching a Graduate Program in Italy, offering a 12-month rotation across departments with a permanent contract from day one. You should be a recent graduate or about to graduate with a Master’s in Engineering, STEM, or Business, fluent in English

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Able to work full-time in Italy and legally authorized to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across departments during the 12-month program.

• Engage in structured PM training and access Nexi's internal learning resources.

• You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master's degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Business, or related fields, and are available to work full-time.
• You are fluent in English and Italian.

• You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
• You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa).
