Qualifications

• Recently graduated or about to graduate within 6 months with a Master's degree in Engineering, STEM, Business, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Able to work full-time in Italy and legally authorized to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across departments during the 12-month program.
• Work on real business cases and contribute to projects across Europe.
• Engage in structured PM training and access Nexi's internal learning resources.
