Stellantis in Turin (Mirafiori) is seeking a Fresh Graduate Engineer to act as Supervisor in one of our production plants. The role focuses on leading a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in daily production.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and has 1–2 years of manufacturing exposure, with fluent English and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement and leadership.

Competenze

• Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or Management).
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical approach.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Sense of initiative and leadership.
• Knowledge of production press processes and products.

• Achieve daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop.
• Reporting to the Shift Manager and in charge of a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators.
• Monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies in collaboration with process/plant managers.
