Stellantis in Turin (Mirafiori) seeks a Fresh Graduate Engineer to join as a Supervisor in one of our plants. You will lead a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators on the production line, reporting to the Shift Manager.

The role focuses on delivering the daily production program with safety, quality, cost and environmental goals, and driving continuous improvement while developing your leadership and technical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive/Management)
• 1–2 years in a similar manufacturing role is a plus
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher)

Mansioni

• Achieve the daily production program with safety, quality, costs and environment goals.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and develop skills.
• Report to the Shift Manager and supervise Team Leaders and Line Operators.
• Own and monitor all indicators in the production area (Quality, Safety, Production, People, Costs).
• Analyze and define efficiency strategies and deploy improvements through the team and with process/plant managers.
