Job summary

AB InBev is launching its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program, a 10-month pathway beginning August 2027. The program includes 3–4 month rotations across Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics, with a 70-20-10 learning model and hands-on project work.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates (within 2 years), fluent in English, and legal to work in the country of application. The program may require travel across Europe and within the country of application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed before Sep 2027 and within 2 years of graduation.
• Fluent English required and native language of applying country.
• Valid permanent visa/work permit required for country of application.

Responsibilities

• Work on real business projects in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics.
• Participate in 10-month GMT with 3–4-month rotations.
• Develop leadership skills through a 70-20-10 learning approach and exposure to senior stakeholders.

What is it?

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a 10 months program starting in August 2027. 3–4-month rotations within the program. As a junior talent, you will work on real business projects situated in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics. You will have a 70-20-10 learning and development approach, where 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Other, 10% Formal Learning & Training.

To be eligible:

You must have graduated (before September 2027 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included). Your passion and ownership are more important than the subject you studied. Fluent English is needed, as well as the native language of the country you are applying in. A valid permanent visa/work permit is required in the country of application to be eligible for the programme. During the 10-month program and beyond, you might be required to travel within your country of application and across Europe.
