Huawei Europe in Rome offers a 6-month Graduate Program internship to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work with industry experts in enterprise project operations, end-to-end supply chain logistics, and cross-functional project management, with a path to full-time employment after successful completion.

The program provides mentorship, structured training, and hands-on experience on leading projects, with a monthly salary of €1,000 gross and opportunities for career

Competenze

• Fresh graduate or student enrolled in a technical or management degree.
• Graduation date ideally within 6–12 months of internship start.
• PM passion with organizational skills and basic project management knowledge.
• Fluent Italian and working proficiency in English.
• Work authorization to live and work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Support Senior Project Manager in daily execution, resource allocation, and deployment of telecom network materials and equipment.
• Track project milestones and report progress to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Maintain project repositories, monitor POs and invoices, and ensure quality compliance.
• Identify deployment bottlenecks and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients to implement corrective actions.
