The GPS Manufacturing Program at Stellantis is a flagship early-career path designed to accelerate high-potential graduates into future leaders. It combines staged international assignments, real operational responsibility on the shop floor, and structured development throughout three phases.

Participants gain plant experience, cross-country exposure, and leadership skills while contributing to quality and efficiency improvements across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed (or equivalent)
• EU citizenship and max. 27 years old for VIE international phase
• Fluent in the local language of hosting country and English (working language)

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Local entry & foundations – join a real Manufacturing team and take ownership of concrete operational activities
• Phase 2: International experience – 24‑month assignment through the VIE program across Europe
• Phase 3: Consolidation – return to home country manufacturing with increased responsibility and prepared for a long‑term role
