Job summary

Leonardo SpA is seeking a Processes & Governance Manager for an indicative two-year period in the UK, returning to an Italian site. The role focuses on defining governance frameworks, standardizing processes, and driving improvement across PM&C activities.

You will lead a governance team and ensure compliance across programmes. The position requires leadership, cross-stakeholder collaboration, and strong experience in governance and PMO practices, with a mix of Italian and English language

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven experience in governance roles.
• PMP/PRINCE2/APM certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant subject.
• Excellent knowledge of Office tools and processes.
• Excellent English and Italian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee programme processes meeting required standards.
• Establish and administer governance framework, model maturation and effectiveness.
• Lead governance team and maintain SOPs, templates and review cycles.
• Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance.
• Develop PM&C roadmap to full operational capability.
