Domyn is seeking a VP Financial Reporting & Consolidation to lead the Group's consolidated reporting, accounting governance and external audits. Based in Milan, you will oversee international operations in the US, UK, India and Switzerland, ensuring timely and robust statutory and group reporting.

You will drive policy standardization, oversee closing cycles, and guide NetSuite-based transformation to support growth and potential IPO readiness, reporting to the Group CFO with strong

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ITA Dottore Commercialista, CPA, ACCA) desirable.
• 10+ years in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting or audit.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and delivery of consolidated financial statements and group reporting packages.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing and consolidation processes.
• Establish and maintain robust group accounting policies, procedures and reporting standards.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements preparation for group entities.
• Ensure consistency of accounting policies across international operations.
• Lead IPO readiness and potential capital markets activities.
• Oversee NetSuite-based accounting, consolidation and reporting capabilities.
