Job summary

Human Value is seeking a Group Treasury Specialist to lead regulatory compliance, risk management, and liquidity planning across the group. You will oversee funding, debt monitoring, and cash flows, and coordinate monthly/annual closures using Excel and Power BI.

The role requires a Master's degree in Economics or related field, 3 years of treasury experience, and fluent English. Strong SAP knowledge and independent work style are essential for success in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
• Consolidated experience (3 years) in financial and treasury functions within medium/large structured organizations or audit firms.
• Experience with cash pooling systems is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and other Treasury tools.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and with integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance and regulatory requirements, including reporting and disclosure.
• Develop and implement policies to identify, improve, and manage financial risks.
• Manage corporate funding and liquidity sources for group companies.
• Oversee cash pooling and financial flows; meet treasury planning and reporting needs.
• Monitor debt levels and build financial models for scenarios.
• Plan short- and long-term financial management and annual forecasts.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI/Click.
• Improve working capital management per group directives.
• Collaborate in data collection for monthly and annual accounting closures.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure credit terms.
