Job summary

Finatal seeks a Treasurer to lead treasury across a multi-entity, multi-currency organisation in partnership with the CFO. You will own liquidity planning, debt management and hedging strategies while supporting M&A activities and capital structure decisions as the group grows internationally.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of treasury experience in a PE-backed, multinational setting, with fluency in English and additional European languages desirable.

Finatal is partnering with a rapidly growing international technology group, backed by one of the world’s leading private equity investors, to appoint a Treasurer as it continues to scale internationally. Generating over €260m in global revenue, the Group has approximately 1,400 employees and a significant international footprint.

Working closely with the CFO, you’ll take ownership of treasury across a complex, multi-entity and multi-currency organisation. With exposure to investors, lenders and M&A, this is an opportunity to shape financing and liquidity strategy while strengthening the treasury function supporting the Group’s continued growth.

The Role

• Lead Group cash management, liquidity forecasting and cash pooling across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage debt facilities, covenant compliance and relationships with international banks and lenders.
• Support the CFO and investors on capital structure, refinancing and acquisition financing.
• Manage FX and interest rate exposure and support hedging strategy.
• Play a key role in M&A, including financing, due diligence and post-deal treasury integration.
• Strengthen treasury processes, systems and controls as the Group continues to scale.

Your Background

• Typically 5+ years of progressive treasury experience.
• Strong experience across liquidity, cash management, debt facilities and covenant management.
• Experience within a PE-backed, leveraged or multinational environment would be advantageous.
• M&A, integration or acquisition financing exposure is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
