Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, seeks a treasury-focused contributor to support posting payments, SEPA Direct Debit mandates, and reconciliation tasks within the Treasury Department. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-border processing, and collaboration with finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accounting, experience with Sage or Piteco, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Recent graduates may apply, with a salary up to €33,000 gross annually.

Competenze

• Experience using accounting packages (ideally Sage) and 1-2 years of accounting experience or equivalent education/work experience.
• Experience using treasury programs (Piteco in particular) is appreciated.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in teams.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Mansioni

• Post payments from local and international customers (cheques postings).
• Post SEPA Direct Debit and RiBa payments.
• Clear, match and reconcile customer statements.
• Manage SDD mandates and recording.
• Handle e-commerce sales accounting, statement matching and bookkeeping reconciliation, including credit notes for short shipments or damaged products.
• Check banking system conditions related to these tasks.
