Applied Materials Europe is seeking a Training Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Training Center’s learning activities. You will coordinate onboarding, logistics, admin processes, and training systems, serving as the operational link between the Training Manager, instructors, students, and corporate support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in coordination or training administration, with fluent English and strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, administrative, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operational coordination, training administration, or project support.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and international teams.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the preparation and operational organization of training courses in close collaboration with the site Operations Manager.
• Manage the onboarding process for instructors, visiting instructors, and temporary staff.
• Ensure the administration of access requests, badges, mandatory training, and onboarding checklists.
• Support students and instructors throughout training activities.
• Administer and maintain training systems (AGU, SharePoint, and related tools).
• Monitor training prerequisites, activity completion, and the status of learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate functions such as Facilities, Security, EHS, IT, and Travel Support.
• Support the organization of Training Center visits, workshops, audits, and events.
