UL Solutions seeks a Testing Process Owner in Carugate, Italy, to lead the Chemical/Mechanical Testing sub-processes globally. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office and includes responsibilities for process standardization and compliance across laboratories.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, five or more years of testing experience, and strong skills in stakeholder engagement and process ownership. A competitive salary package and benefits including health and retirement savings are offered.

• Serve as the global owner of the Chemical/Mechanical Testing sub-process.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all process-related matters.
• Develop, harmonize, and reduce the number of SOPs related to testing and qualifications.
